Introduction of the shelter elevating

With the rapid development of weapons and equipment, shelter which serves as platform loading electronic equipment has been widely used. In order to reduce the inconvenience of using crane, forklift to load or unload something from shelter, shelter elevating is used. It can easily take shelter from the loading vehicle or load it on the loading vehicle. Elevating has become necessary handling tools of shelter. At present, the domestic military shelter equipped with elevating which type is gear, rack transmission, bulky and unreliable. To meet the increasing maneuver performance requirements of military equipment, develop a new, safe and reliable elevating is necessary. Our company's shelter elevating system is developed according to this demand. It uses a unique trapezoidal screw mechanical transmission mode, through the optimized design, performance can be comparable with shelter elevating developed by haacon company West Germany. This system has various flexible combination function, such as: (1) load on motor can both manual and electric; (2) with leveling control system, can be automatically lifting and leveling.
 

This system adopts screw transmission, self-locking performance is good, can realize reliable self-locking in any position, improves the safety and reliability.
 

Compared with the gear rack type elevating, drive screw of this system does not appear when it is working, totally enclosed transmission mode, protective performance is good. The rack is exposed when the gear rack type elevating is working, corrosion performance is not good, vulnerable to sand dust effect, failure rate is higher.
 

Shelter elevating system adopts four elevating arranged on four corners of the shelter. Hand crank drives a pair of cone gear, drives two pairs of cylindrical gears in the transmission case by coupling, rotates the screw, make the outer sleeve move relatively to the inner sleeve to achieve lifting of shelter. And shelter uses screwing, withdrawing of it is simple.
