Truss type hydraulic elevator tower system consists of tower body, reversing erect mechanism, locking mechanism, base, transportation fixed support, hydraulic system, electric control system etc.. The use of hydraulic drive, can quickly raise the top loads (such as antenna ) to a predetermined height. The mast adopts cannulas with quadrate section. Reversing erect mechanism can quickly move the mast from horizontal state to vertical state when the system work. The locking mechanism will lock the mast to the base accurately and reliably. The system can be mounted on various vehicle platforms. Placed in a horizontal position when the system is transported.
 

The use of truss structure reduced the weight of the mast and frontal area, improved the stability of mast. Because of the small frontal area, the deformation caused by the wind load is small, required cannula size is small, weight is relatively light, the structure is simple. The system adopts hydraulic drive. The process of raising or falling is fast, stable and reliable.
 

The mast adopts cannulas with quadrate section which possesses good oriented, flexural and torsional capability.
 

There is a precision positioning mechanism when ascending or descending, which eliminates the gap between the cannulas and can guarantee the oscillation and torsion be minimum when the mast is up to the place.
 

There is a hydraulic locking mechanism when ascending or descending the place, which can ensure long-term work for no peristalsis, horizontal transport for no running outside.
 

Because of excellent rigidity and strength, there is no use for wire rope, which can consumedly reduce request of using position.
 

The top and bottom mounting interface of the mast can be different according to the different requirements of the use. Top interface generally uses flange interface, the top equipment can be screwed on the flange. Bottom interface generally adopts the bottom of reversing erect mechanism, mast base and transportation support which respectively be screwed on the truck platform. The proper mounting interface must be provide on the truck platform.
